Who we are
About
One Health Osteopathy Clinic was born out of a passion for healthcare that goes beyond just treating symptoms. Our foundation rests on the fundamental principle that every aspect of your life contributes to your well-being. Recognising the interconnectedness of physical, psychological, and emotional factors, as well as the influence of nutritional health and social interactions, we prioritise a comprehensive understanding of your overall health.
Our Story
One Health Osteopathy Clinic was founded by Jessica Brown and Anissa Germain, two experienced passionate UK Osteopaths. Jessica has specialist postgraduate training in womens health, pregnancy, pelvic health, Mummy MOT postnatal health and scar therapy. Anissa has extensive experience in reformer pilates and owns Bora Pilates Studio.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide our patients with the highest standard of healthcare, pain management solutions and evidence based rehabilitation.
We want to provide you with an outstanding experience that enables you to improve your quality of life and get you back to doing what you love!
Our Mission
Our mission is to help all of our patients to live a life free of pain and restriction. We focus on restoring health, free movement and prevention of further issues, enabling your body to return to a state of balance.
Our aim is to work collaboratively with you to enable you to achieve your individual goals, whatever they may be.
What to Expect
When you schedule an appointment with us, you will receive a comprehensive and personalised approach to your well-being. Firstly, we will conduct a detailed assessment, considering your medical history and gaining a thorough understanding of your specific health concerns. Expect a collaborative and patient-centred approach as we prioritise not only your symptoms but also the broader aspects of your overall health.
Following this we will carry out a thorough physical examination where we assess your static and active posture, observing the flexibility and mobility of your joints and soft tissues. We may conduct specific orthopaedic tests if relevant to your presenting symptoms. This information together, enables us to build an accurate picture of your presentation and the factors that may be contributing to, or maintaining it. From this we will confirm a working diagnosis and will discuss and agree a treatment plan with you, considering your goals and preferences.
Take the proactive step towards a healthier, pain-free life by booking your appointment today and experiencing the tailored care that sets us apart in the field of musculoskeletal health.
